Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By accessing or using Lokansi ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Lokansi is an autonomous phishing simulation platform that sends simulated phishing emails to your employees for security awareness training purposes. The Service is intended for authorized use by organizations to test and train their own employees.
3. Account Responsibilities
- You must provide accurate account information
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
- You must have the authority to conduct phishing simulations within your organization
- You must inform your employees that security awareness testing is part of your security program
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for its intended purpose: testing and training your own organization's employees. You may not:
- Use the Service to target individuals outside your organization
- Use the Service for malicious purposes or actual phishing attacks
- Attempt to collect real credentials through the platform
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
- Resell the Service without a white-label agreement
5. Data Ownership
You retain ownership of all data you provide to the Service, including employee information and simulation results. We claim no ownership over your data.
6. Service Availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance with reasonable notice. Enterprise customers with SLAs are governed by their specific agreements.
7. Payment
Paid plans are billed monthly in Swiss Francs (CHF). Prices may change with 30 days' notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension of service.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate at any time. Upon termination, your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days. You may export your data before termination.
9. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lokansi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Swiss law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Switzerland.
11. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
